Tanglewood at Mansfield HOA - DocumentsFor the purpose of complying with section 202.006 of the Texas Property Code1 and to provide public notice of the following dedicatory instruments affecting the homeowners of Tanglewood. The following guidelines have been established by the State of Texas and Tarrant County and have been recorded and notarized accordingly:

  • Guidelines for the Installation and Display of Flagpoles
  • Guidelines for Rain Barrels/Collection devices
  • Guidelines for Religious Displays
  • Guidelines for Solar Energy Panels and Certain roofing Materials
  • Records Retention and Production Policy
  • Payment Plan Policy
  • Waiver Policy
  • Authority of Management Act

If you are planning to sell your home or are in the process of selling your home, by law, you must notify the Homeowners' Association and obtain a Transfer Certificate for the new owners. All buyers have five days to review the covenants and must sign documents acknowledging the Homeowners' Association and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R's) that apply to the development. If you need additional information on this matter, feel free to contact a member of the HOA Board of Directors or your Realtor.

1. § 202.006. PUBLIC RECORDS. A property owners'association shall file the dedicatory instrument in the real property records of each county in which the property to which the dedicatory instrument relates is located.
