The following information has been supplied by Gary Reed from XTO Energy:

 

The Rose B Unit started selling gas in mid January 2010 and the first full 30 day cycle has ended. The first royalty payments have gone out and future payments will be every 30 days thereafter. Please note that XTO does not cut royalty checks for less than $100.00 so if some resident’s royalty is less than $100/month then they would receive a check every other month. At the present time a 2nd well in the Rose B Unit is scheduled for 2010. Should I be of any further assistance please contact me.
