July 4th Celebration!
On Saturday July 4th at 2:00pm
we will kick off our celebration with a concert by Urban Coyote
There will be bar-b-q and hot dogs provided by the HOA.
Please bring drinks for your family and a dessert to share.
We would like to cool down the pool so that it is more enjoyable during our celebration, if you are planning to attend please bring 2 bags of ice to pour into the pool.
Please remember that there is NO GLASS allowed at the pool!
Pool is open May 2nd through October 3rd

There have been several questions asked lately regarding the Gas leases. What we do know is that they are currently drilling at a site on North HWY 287 that reaches our community. I was told by a XTO consultant that once the drilling begins quarterly checks should begin to be mailed out within the next 100 to 120 days. However, if you should have further questions, Gary Reed has authorized me to provide his contact information.
