MANSFIELD RECYCLE CONTAINERS – The City of Mansfield will be delivering NEW large recycle carts for service starting on June 1st. The information will be included with your next water billing. The City said the carts must be removed and stored by 10:00 pm on the pick-up day. Per the Association documents, as with any trash containers, they will have to be stored in your garage, inside your house, in your backyard, etc. out of view from the street.
For the purpose of complying with section 202.006 of the Texas Property Code and to provide public notice of the following dedicatory instruments affecting the homeowners of Tanglewood. The following guidelines have been established by the State of Texas and Tarrant County and have been recorded and notarized accordingly.

City Wide Water Restrictions
The City of Mansfield has instituted water restrictions. Please visit the Mansfield website for complete details. The restrictions are a state-mandated response to reductions in available water supply and primarily impact outdoor watering, allowing properties to water landscaping twice weekly. Residential and commercial properties are on the following schedule:
Monday - No watering
Tuesday - All non-residential sites and apartments
Wednesday - Residential addresses ending in even numbers (0,2,4,6,8)
Thursday - Residential addresses ending in odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9)
Friday - All non-residential sites and apartments
Saturday - Residential addresses ending in even numbers
Sunday - Residential addresses ending in odd numbers
