Your Quarterly HOA assessment was due January 1st. To avoid late fees and/or interest, payments must be posted to your account no later than January 31st. Payment options are as follows:

• Online via Essex Web Portal: https://www.essexcm.com/home-owners/tenant-portal
• Online bill pay through your personal bank
• Check or Certified Funds Mailed to: Tanglewood HOA, c/o Essex Community Management, 200 Bailey Ave, Suite 202, Fort Worth, TX 76107

If you are unable to pay your balance in full, Essex Community Management encourages you to request a payment plan from your association. You can request a payment plan by emailing the EXACT Amounts and EXACT dates of the payments you would like to make to : Kelly@Essexcm.com She will then forward to your Board of Directors for approval.
